- your friend whose room is only 20 steps away would rather send an SMS rather than relay the message personally
- you would rather hold your bladder until its absolutely saturated with 600ml of urine than go to the toilet at the first urge in fear of wasting precious study time
- your meal times become irregular and you try your best to ignore the grumbling sounds of the stomach
- the library is suddenly extra full of people studying and the computer
