more weddings

although i'm already a week into my first posting, i still have not gotten into the study mode yet unlike my friends. i don't know why i was feeling rather numb. since i had already planned a trip to kl to meet up with my family and go back to jb together, i might as well go thru with it.

so, i went to kl with kak zai (a houseman at PPUM) and her sister azwa (who is my age and has a lucrative job with petronas at KLCC... wow). we started our journey around maghrib time and had to be very speedy so that i could catch the last komuter to shah alam. alhmadulillah i made it and mak and ayah and kakyung and nibah were waiting for me already.

the next day, after breakfast at a nearby restaurant suggested by kakyung, we went to kak fatimah and amin's wedding in dewan banquet UPM very early because we had to rush for my friend aishah mohd nor's walimah in jb. both were family friends and we just had to attend both weddings.

alhamdulillah by 4pm we arrived in jb. there were'nt many people by then but, i got to chat with aishah and husband without feeling guilty of distracting them from the walimah.

semoga Allah memberkati pasangan2 pengantin baru dan mengumpulkan mereka dalam keberkatan-Nya

ok, i'm off to kuantan in an hour's time.

we didnt stay to see the pengantins in UPM (kak fatimah and amin) but the floral arrangements were nice :)
